Thank you for your reply.
I have many good suggestions to make successful phone calls. It doesn't matter which country you reside, I am here for solid advice. Many of my campaigns are similar to this field and I believe that I can motivate those that need an extra push to get started.

I work with many different types of campaigns that cover all types of inbound and outbound calls. I found this forum to be interesting and I have a potential client that works in the insurance industry. There is a lot of good information available here.
