I am thinking about dropping my Aflac insurance it is nothing against them I would recommend the insurance to anyone if they were thinking about getting that type of insurance but right now I cant afford it financially how could I cancel it and not have them to pull it out of my payroll anymore after I cancel it because i have heard of people canceling it and still have the money taken out of their pay...

Well, were you or not? What is the stated elimination period in your policy? 7 days? 10, 30, 60, 90?You are cancelling a valuable benefit only because you fail to understand what it does for you.

Before cancelling your Aflac, you should make sure that your policy includes any payout, and discuss your options for taking the payout or rolling it into another policy.

Also Aflac has established corporate privacy procedures in an effort to protect your identity and policy/claim information. Therefore, if you are a policyholder, when you email us, in the body of the email, please provide the nature of your concern, your name and at least two of the following criteria: Policy number, Claim number, Claim Check number, Date of Birth, or Name of your Employer.

To cancel your Aflac policy, you have to work on these steps:
1. Contact a human resources consultant at your organization if you have registered in an Aflac plan via your company.
2. Contract in 1-800-992-3522 to contact Aflac right by the phone, the associate will note the request for cancellations and post your paperwork to sign.
3. Fill up the necessary paperwork given by your company.
4. Contact Aflac or discuss to your human resources associate some weeks after submitting your documentation to make sure that the insurance policy has certainly been terminated.
