How did the dishwasher work out? Was it a hit?
Oh yes it was a hit poor thing just cried and cried....Now I need to find the number of the guy that put mine in (10 years ago)...so I can get it installed for the poor girl...told our son, 'whether you know it or not this dishwasher is more for you than her...no woman is in a good mood if there is a sink of dirty dishes she has to face.' he agrees Smile

LOL...I should let you speak to my hubby and maybe convince him. He doesn't want to mess up any of the new cupboards by putting one in and says we all three can take turns. I can't complain I really don't get a lot of dishes but still.... Anyway Glad to hear she liked it. I am betting you probaly shedded a few tears too.

now as long as you can convince the guys to please put the dishes in there and that it is not an extra cupboard, the will only take out what they need and not empty it either.

Actually it was in the first year of marriage, when I went 'on strike'...ultimately when there were 'zero' clean dishes to use, he figured out real quick he TOO could wash dishes... Wink learn he could do a few other household chores as well. Wink

Congrats Fred. I am awaiting on my cash out too. Always can use it this time of year.
Lori, I like your thinking. I use to go on strike around my house all the time. It would take a little while before they got the picture but not more than a few days. Sometimes a woman has to do it so their "loved" ones see just how much they do around the homestead.

Would someone please remove the person's real name when these posts are made. If we are going to use legal names, what's the point of "usernames"? Cool
