Being one of the most influential figures in the insurance industry of the 20th century in the actuarial profession, James C. H. Anderson was an industry entrepreneur. He was a globally celebrated pioneer of new products, particularly university and variable life and methodologies, notably international standards for life product pricing and company valuation.
