hi i hope some one can help me i ben in to an accident last

i ben in a car accident but the other person was taken to jail i dint get any insurance iformation from the guy what i can do please help?

Contact the police departement that arrested this person (the city the accident occured in) ask for a report, it might cost you a buck or two and might take a few days to get...All the information will be on it...or ask the police dept...if they will give you the drivers name/address/owner of the vehicles name/address (if different) and insurance company...Once you get the information contact their insurance company if they one...In the mean while contact your insurance company right now and tell them what has happened...They too will assist you in getting this information.
