i was in minor car accident. minimal damages were done to us. both of us agreed on not calling cops and insurance company. we did not exchanage any info on us. after that i left the scene without any info on the other's driver but i thought the other party took down my plate number. what if she reports it to police?

Then you tell them what happened...in the future should you decide to do this again, then EACH party jot down a quick note that they mutually agree to go on. then each date and sign it and give it to the other party...then you will have no worry....

Well, if she reports it to the police you can't blame her for doing so, rather it would just be the right thing to do. May I ask, why haven't you done the same? Moreover, why do you fear that she might go to the police? who was responsible for causing the accident? have you informed the insurer yet about the accident?
