I am the office clerk at an auto finance company and I would like to know which insurance companies provide a page on their website for lienholders to add themselves to the customers policy. That way I dont have to keep calling that company over and over waiting on hold. It takes up alot of my time at work and I get nothing else done.

Sorry Julie, but I sincerely doubt any would allow this...have you checked with the big three or four (state farm, allstate, progressive, gieco)?

most of the companies may charge some sort of fees for these types of services as they have large traffic with them.but i am sure you may get the space somewhere in the 'agent's corner' page.

But currently nobody is adopting this concept so .........it will be a difficult task to convey your thoughts to the information officer of any of the insurance company......but it is for very sure that they will charge you for that.

Geico has a leinholder website. As long as the customer has Comp and Collision, you can add a leinholder. Was looking for Progressive when I saw your post. Let me know if you find more.....
