| I have full coverage and and so does she on her own car. The accident was her fault and there was 3 people in the opposite vehicle. I think that they all are going to sue my insurance. I really need to know what will happen because I have 2 other cars on my insurance. |

| Two other cars won't matter. Your carrier will attempt to settle the claim for within your policy limits. If they cannot, your cousin's policy should kick in for any excess demand in order to settle the claim. |

Your two other cars shouldn't matter unless they decide to cancel the policy. If your insurer decides your actions were irresponsible, they could cancel that car and the other two. Each company handles accidents differently. I'm not saying it's likely, just that it's possible.
It may be good to have that conversation with your agent just in case. Communication can be the difference between keeping your policy and having to shop for high-risk coverage. |

Since your cousin was driving the car with your permission, the claim would be covered by your insurer. The inclusion of the other vehicles on the same policy, however, will not affect the claim process.
In some states the policy follows the car, if so then your policy will play the primary role in this situation. And your insurer will provide you with the legal help if the other party decides to sue you.
The auto policy of your cousin's may play the supporting role, that is, once your policy limit get exhausted, her policy will pay for the remaining damages. |

| I also stand corrected... in some states the driver is held responsible for the use of the vehicle. In those states, your cousin's insurance may be primary. Yours would still address her as an "insured" and provide you a defense as well. |
