Posted: Mon Sep 15, 2008 2:24 pm   Post subject: while backing out of my rental apt. a steel rod was hidden i   the viney bush is overgrown and the neighbor has a motor wheelchair on opposing side making the driveway very narrow fit. so, when this hidden rod hit my drivers side mirror and cracked it all and snapped the plastic cover also. i tried to fix but its all tweaked at the actual door frame and its electric.	711sm New member Joined: 15 Sep 2008 Posts: 1 1.58 Dollars($)

Doubtful that your apt. complex will assume any responsiblity for this..you can try but dout it...if you have collision coverage turn in a claim...or go by a couple of body shops and get estimates...if money is a problem ask them to look for a used or aftermarket mirror...is there any damage to the door or fender? _________________ "Never, never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the well being of a person or animal is at stake.
