being that i sustained three bulged disc and two that are herniated, along with contussion at the knee. in a car accident, i'v been off from work for three months and still going through Pt. do i have a case with the insurrance company.

By "case" you mean....? By "insurance company" you mean... what type of insurance company. Is this an auto accident injury, a workers comp injury, an accident that happen on someone's property, etc.

Hi bbb, Even if I'd guess that you're pointing at your auto insurance company, I'd still need a lot more info without which it's almost impossible to comment on it. Certainly a lot more information is required to answer you query. OP, please elucidate your query. We would certainly try our best to help you with it. However, if you still require treatment for the injuries I'd suggest you not to consider settling the claim yet, rather, wait till you fully recover and get the idea of total cost.
