Can someone pleases help I'm having a similar problem with my insurance company
I own a 2003 GMC Yukon denali XL, with custom 23” rim and duel 12” headrest DVD entertainment system, the KBB value at the time of lost was retail: $20,053 without the entertainment system and rims, current value is $18500, geico offered $13500..
I've read the other postings on this blog and have check local dealerships within 10miles of my zip code for similar trucks. what I found was that there were only 3 denali xl for sale locally and 2 of them where around last November when I purchased my denali, these truck where in very bad condition and I never gave them a second look. I instead traveled 300 miles to road island and purchased a truck with twice the mileage but was very well maintained for the same price..
Question: can someone please let me know the fair CCC value of a:
2003 GMC Yukon Denali
Miles: 160,000
mint condition no scratches, dents, dings or mechanical flows. This truck was very well maintained I spent over 3k on preventive maintenance since purchase, and over 5k on accessories which was installed before i insured the vehicle I also have tones of detailed photographs and videos showing vehicle condition less than a month before it was stolen.
I was very proud of my truck

WOW what a lot of miles...whew......ok I get 16,750...that mileage was a (minus) -$3550.00 hit...goodness....I ran it as a 4 door AWD, if it's a 4door 'XL' AWd, let me know that will change things...looks like the only option missing (that adds value) is power sunroof if it has that and you forgot to mention it, then add 600.00....
Like I said your mileage hurt you a lot....maintence won't add a cent..depends on what the a/m accessories are whether or not they will add value or not...what has your carrier determined the value to be?
Also honey, don't make me work so hard, I don't know from zip codes...I ran it on a 'midwest' table, let me know what state and I'll check it again, typcially though not much more than a couple hundred difference.. _________________ Have you been helped by a poster? It's an XL and they value it at $13,500..
it have 2x 12” head rest TVs
23” custom MOMO STORM rims with pareli scorpion tires
dvd with xbox
and in excellent condition better than new condition this truck was babied
I was told that my rims and tires are considered accessories and only valued at $200?[/img]
Ok, re ran it now as an XL in from NY...got $17,325.00 (3550.00 deduct on that mileage)...Your rims and tires, won't add much if anything at all...of course a vehicle is valued assuming it has good tires and wheels on it...as a matter of fact, the factory wheels (new oem ) are from $185.31 to $610.96 depending on which one...only one is cheap rest are over 500.00 each and that isn't counting the center caps that are from 30-55.00 again that's each...I don't know what you paid for your wheels each but unless they were more than 600-700.00 a piece, then 200 over is probably about right....the head rest t.v.'s now is that in addition to a rear entertainment system or instead of? I added the rear entertainment system if that is not correct then deduct $450.00 from my ACV work up and then the adjuster will need to add for the t.v.'s what did they cost? And how long ago did you buy/install them?
How did they base their value? _________________ Have you been helped by a poster? Do you want to show your appreciation? YOU CAN !! Just simply click on the donate button and send them some coin!
The TVs cost $1000 and I purchased them about 7 months ago, the xbox was $400 purchased and installed with the TVs. The truck is also equipped with a factory DVD entertainment system…
would it be possible to send me a copy or screen shoot of your report, I'm not sure if its allowed but I would want to compeer it with the one they send me..
I'm a new graduate and I've only been working for a year i sacrificed a lot to purchase this truck, I really enjoy working on cars and I've spent a lot of time and money on my vehicle and made it a point to add every option to my policy so that I would be covered
I would think (subject to your policy re: after market equipment)...that your t.v.s and xbox should get you atleast half what you spent...You do of course have the receipts....
I'm trying to figure out how to get that from my lap top to my home computer give me a few minutes here _________________ Have you been helped by a poster? Do you want to show your appreciation? YOU CAN !! Just simply click on the donate button and send them some coin!

Did they use CCC to determine the value if not how did they arrive at this value? _________________ Have you been helped by a poster? Do you want to show your appreciation? YOU CAN !! Just simply click on the donate button and send them some coin!
