First you need a copy of the CCC evaluation, when you get it go over it VERY VERY carefully, check the year,make,model, mileage, ALL options....make sure they are all on there...check the condition that they marked it..(probably average)...then check the 'comps' call the comps and see if they are indeed the same as your vehicle....call some good used car lots, or better yet go by with pictures of your vehicle ask if they will write up something saying what they would be asking for your vehicle as it was equiped if it were for sale on their lot....when you call on the comps be sure you ask about all the equipment and if it had any prior damage, like hail, bumper scrapes, interior damge, lights cracked etc...let us know if the CCC evaluation is correct or if you find some errors....what company is it you are insured with Chanel? _________________ Have you been helped by a poster?
