I am a 21 year old from Michigan. I was driving my girlfriends car and got into an accident in which i was at fault. I have no car insurance but she does. She has full coverage but i am not on her policy. At first they sent us the deductible and it seemed like they would cover the damages. now they gave us a call and said "the claim is pending" and we have to go and meet with them. Will they cover the damages??

They may, I see no issues why they wouldn't if you were driving the vehicle with the owner's permission.
Now, do you driver her car too often? Are you staying in the same household?
If all the answers are 'yes' then it may be wise to have you named in her policy since it may cause claim denials in the future. Often insurance companies require all the household drivers and frequent drivers to be listed in the owner's policy.
Anyway, what do you mean that they had sent you the 'deductible'? May be you would like to explain this part for me.
