I have gotten into a massive accident lately with my boyfriend & he passed away.
It was in March but I want to claim my insurance.
I had bad brain injuries and suffered and I'm just wondering if I would be able to claim my insurance..

Missy I'm so sorry about your accident...What do you mean you want to claim your insurance? Who's fault was the accident? Do you have an auto policy of your own? Whos car were you in?

Sorry missy, but the input wasn't sufficient to give any suggestion. You have left many areas for us to make wild guesses. Which state are you from?
To claim the benefits you are required to turn the claim on to the insurer just after the accident happens. However, in case of third-party injuries, you may be able to file the claim within the Statute of Limitation.
