Do adjusters respond to a letter from an attorney?

' By the way, how do you come to know about the policy limit of the other driver? HE DID NOT ATTEND ANY MEETING CONVENED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE CHURCH TO ASSIST HIM TO HANDLE CHURCH ISSUES WHERE HE WAS THE CHAIRMAN. NOW TWO YEARS DOWN THE LINE, HE WANTS TO CLAIM HIS POSITION BACK BY INVOLVING LAWYERS. HOW DO I AS PRESIDENT AND LEADER OF THE CHURCH RESPOND TO THE FROM THE CLAIMANT LAWYERS?
