Can i sue my car insurance company?

Posted: Thu Mar 04, 2010 11:34 pm   Post subject: Can i sue my car insurance company?   my car insurance company has added someone to my policy under the wrong name, they've been driving for the last 4 days with 'technically' no insurance?
