I've come across so many insurance forum discussions referring to pain and
suffering damages! Most of these discussions have reflected some doubtful areas while measuring the worth of pain and suffering. How do the insurers actually measure such damages? _________________ Register Now to have your Insurance queries solved. |

In most cases, P&S is measured on long term effects and a "road to recovery" persay. _________________ 65% of the time, it works all the time.

| You may expect more compensation for damages if the accident is bad. You could expect more in terms of damages if the other party was drunk or had violated driving norms. |

All carriers have their own system(s) for determining this..And regions vary as well...Of course pain and suffering is totally subjective. _________________ "Never, never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the well being of a person or animal is at stake.
