Yeah it does tick me off too. The collision shop did tell me they will inspect the parts & that there is a lifetime guarantee on the repair job. Thanks again

I'd just like to get clarified with a few things over here..

Don't you think the OP has all the right to demand an explanation in writing for all those parts? Or is it illegal?
Also, would like to know whether or not an adjuster should proactively inspect the body-parts in case theres a doubt regarding their quality!

no the shop will when they arrive and won't use anything that is not of like kind and quality.
