My insurance company ask to reimbrusement portion of medical payment that already paid. want to know status of limitation of medical payment policy. Thanks

Okay, if I'm understanding it correctly, your health insurer has asked for reimbursement from your auto insurer for the expenses they have met during your treatment, right? Which state are you from? ~ Jeremy
