Why was the car impounded? Why are you going to court? You didn't clarify if there was still coverage on the vehicle when she was driving it. If you gave her permission to drive the vehicle, she would be covered under your policy. Did she damage someone else's property? It's hard to say what charges you could be facing if any. Need more information. |

im going thru the same thing, except that i sold a car(street sale) and this man never registered it and there was a big accident. the guy turned himself in eventhoe it was not his fault and now all the lawers and ins comp are after me saying i owe them when is not even my foult and they know for a fact it was not me driving it.
