the car was at my sons house and his girlfriend son when no one was home the keys werer hanging up and he drove it to pick up his frien without my permission and he had an accent with my car and two boys running out into the road for a ball they ran into my car am I responsible for this??

Your car was at someone else's house? Why is this?

When someone uses your vehicle without your permission, such as the person who steals it, you may not be liable for their driving behavior.

Your situation here may be different. Leaving your vehicle at your son's house may be considered giving anyone in that household permission to drive it. You probably have some responsibility.
