I've never heard of it referred to like that...I'll try to do some checking and get back to the thread...
Of course PIP or no fault refers only to the injurys not the vehicle damage...most PIP (or no fault) states require that each carrier take care of their insured's injury...no ''pain and suffering'' from the at fault party is allowed unless and until a monetary threshold and/or a severe injury results...
