Posted: Wed Jul 22, 2009 5:14 pm   Post subject: HOW DO YOU GET THE INSURANCE TO PAY YOU THE MAX ON PIP?   I RECEIVED PIP IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT IN 2006, BUT THEY ONLY REIMBURSED ME FOR MEDICAL EXPENSES & LOSS OF WAGES, MY MAXIMUM PIP COVERAGE WAS $10000.00, BUT THEY SAID THEY ONLY REIMBURSE MEDICAL EXPENSES & LOSS OF WAGES. NO ONE PAID FOR MY PAIN & SUFFERING. MY KNEES ARE STILL DAMAGED FROM THE ACCIDENT. Posted: Wed Jul 22, 2009 9:36 pm   Post subject:    PIP almost always only pays for medical expenses. I'm guessing you were at fault in the accident? If so, no one pays for pain and suffering as you caused your injury.
