The insurance company is charging me for a family member that moved out of my house almost 2 years ago. When she left she did not give an address, they refuse to remove her from my policy, what can I do above this? _________________ Register Now to have your Insurance queries solved.

Why exactly are they denying to remove her from the policy? I guess she has no access to your vehicle anymore. Just follow the suggestion given by Tcope. And, if they continue denying you may have to find another insurer for yourself. ~Jeremy
