| I was in auto accident Feb 20 2009, 100% companys fault. I went through physical therapy right after accident and was released late in march I now have had xrays and said to have Carpal and Cubital Tunnel and a pinched nerve. I have to start therapy next Monday and have further testing like emg/ncs. I wear protective elbow pads and started injections in my wrist today I also have a straight neck. does this mean I have a serious claim? What would a case of this nature bring no offers yet! |

Hi Reburr, please explain this part. Were you on company's car at the time of accident? Was there any other car involved in the wreck?

Are you referring to the other party or like Jeremy says, were you in a company car? We can't give you any suggestions unless this is clear.
Otherwise from what you have mentioned, you do have a serious claim. Do you have insurance? Did you file a claim with your insurance company?

I was hit the rear my and insured of seminolecasualty and now the oarty who hit ne is refusung to do what right
about getting my rear bumper fixed.T he young man who
hit me made the statement that if father was a cop nad he would be getting a ticket for the accident.he wasn't given a ticket at all.
