It has been 4 1/2 months since the incident where my truck was totally buirned. No payment from Farmers. I continue to pay my monthly payment. GAP says they will pay for the principle part of the payment.
Who will pay for the interest that I have paid? |

No one.
If it's been over 4 months, Farmers should have a reason why the claim has not been paid. I can't see any reason why it would take then that long to investigate possible fraud. If they cannot tell you the status of give you a time frame, I'd recommend filing a complaint with your state's Dept of Insurance. |

If and when they do settle they only owe the Actual Cash Value of your vehicle nothing more, what you owe or the interest you pay has zero to do with the amouint they pay...
What's the hold up? What are they saying? _________________ "Never, never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the well being of a person or animal is at stake. Society's punishments are small compared to the wounds we inflict on our soul when we look the other way." Martin Luther King Jr. |
