it has been 3 wks and 2 1/2 since woman who hit me insurance company came to see my car, as of today I have heard nothing from them no offer for my car $$$$ Nothing I don't understand why this is taking so long when she was at fault and admitted to it?  |

First, you should call the insurance company and ask about the status of the claim. It may take the insurance company a month long time to put all the pieces together. Even though the driver has accepted the responsibility of the accident, the insurance company would conduct an investigation. I'd suggest that you speak to the claim representative at the insurance company.

Like the experts have pointed out, have you contacted the insurance company asking them about the status of your claim? Secondly, I hope you have copies of the photographs and the details of the other party at fault just in case your insurance company again asks for those details at the time of investigation. Has there been an investigation already?
