Was in a small wreck on private property. Lady backed into me. We have the same insurance company and they found her 100% at fault. There was some medical and they want to close case paying a little for pain and suffering. Is there a standard amount?

Actually there cannot be a "standard amount"... as the payment needs to be based on that person's situation/injury. It's based on the location of the loss (local), nature of the person's injury, medical treatment received, person's condition prior to injury, person's age and a few other factors. But for a very minor injury with very limited medical treatment and amount may just be pulled out of a hat to settle the matter. Might be $300... might be $1000.

I just offered someone an extra $50 for some bed bug bites. One office visit and 2 prescriptions.
