Hello Peggy, Why do you want to terminate the PIP coverage? Is your state a no-fault one? If you are interested in state specific information, you have to mention about your state too. Hope you would return to the post soon to share the information with us. ~ Jeremy

I'm not really aware of the generalized PIP terminating factors. But, if the insured fails to attend the IME it could be considered for termination under circumstances that the insured fails to show a valid reason for his absence. _________________ Register Now to have your Insurance queries solved.
