Any particular state you're interested in? Can you give us a reason/story behind the question so that we can point you in the right direction? That would be great if you could and will allow us to properly guide you.

Why do you want to terminate the PIP coverage? Is your state a no-fault one?

I'm not really aware of the generalized PIP terminating factors. But, if the insured fails to attend the IME it could be considered for termination under circumstances that the insured fails to show a valid reason for his absence.
