Assuming that you are insured and that you have no fault which may include PIP this may cover your husband medical and so forth. Posted: Tue Apr 14, 2009 7:33 am   Post subject:    Janell, unfortunately what Justin has said is probably true....when the other driver has no insurance you only recourse is to turn to your own insurer or may sue the driver for compensation. Also like Chad has said you might let us know the state you reside.
