The insurance company used this CCC to figure the market val

The insurance company used this CCC to figure the market value of my truck. The info used was false and the way I see it, done so with the intent to rip me off. How can I use or where can I find the same formula that this so called independent CCC uses? I think I should be able use this formula myself. In fact I think I should be able to see the information used to come up with this formula. Am I wrong?

No you're not wrong...what you need to do is go line by line and make sure they have everything regarding your truck is correct...

The info used was false

What is ''false'' about it...

In fact I think I should be able to see the information used to come up with this formula

The formula is all the options, and condition ratings...did you check all the 'comps' did you call any of them to make sure the prices are correct...have you done your own market survey? did they value this based on where you live or where you are?

The insurance company may not divulge the exact formula that they have used in computing the value of the car, but you may always ask for the evaluation sheet to check the calculation.

Not so Jeremy they MUST tell him exactly how they came up with the value, if he asks..period

Hi Fred how are you? Good to see you....I don't know ONE adjuster that is forced to use CCC that doesn't hate it....do you know how these cases ended? Verdict or awards?

Here's a similar one in a different State that also referenced one in California.
