The director of FEMA made the statement that the current California wildfires is the worst natural disaster he has seen since Katrina. Over 400,000 acres burned, some 1,400 homes totally destroyed and the fires threaten 25,000 more. The ones who have homeowners insurance are fortunate, but what happens to the ones who did not?
