Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas Christmas means that time of the year when the air smells of cookies and fresh baked cakes, when lights and color fill the streets and the yuletide spirit remains high. All that can be seen in the streets are happy faces with a smile glued on. Busy and gleeful faces greet you at every corner. Shopping and more shopping is what we all do the few weeks before Christmas. All worries and gloom disappear in the beautiful lights that adorn the streets. The heart fills with all the warmth it could ever gather and all that we can think of is happiness. All the happy faces strutting across the streets seem like a million dazzling stars adorning the face of earth during this happy occasion. I urge my family and all my friends to surrender to the high spirits of Christmas and spread the joy to as many hearts as possible. We save money for Christmas so that we can buy our family gifts and make merry every year. The true spirit of Christmas definitely lies in seeing that happiness in the eyes of your loved ones. Since the spirit of Christmas is in giving, I and my family thought this year we would like to share our warmth with an old man whom we saw begging across the street. My daughter suggested that we should buy him warm clothes for Christmas. We decided to get the old man (we found out his name is George) warm clothes right before Christmas so that on the special day he too can feel that special feeling everyone else around him would be feeling. When we gave George the woolens, we will never forget the look on his face. He was so happy and that really brightened our day. Having done that I have a great feeling and this Christmas is really special for me and my family. So, I wish you all a very merry Christmas. Enjoy, have fun, be good to yourself and unto others. Merry Christmas to All of You!
