It has been estimated that cigarette smoking counts to $5 per packet . If you smoke 1 packet of cigarette every day, then your expenses would be around $1825 per year. Researchers have estimated that there are several other hidden costs that counts to smoking. And all those together increases the insurance cost to around $167 billion per year.

They say

about 20 to 50 percent smoke for some sort of satisfaction. They depend on that puff to bring out the best of them in their work. People who perform creative work, like artists, etc are fragile and sensitive. These people use the medium of smoking as a form of narcotic to attain some sort of fulfillment in their work. They become so much addicted to smoking that to come out of it become a serious issue.

If you belong to such a category, certainly note, that cigarette is nothing but a devil in true sense of term. In such a case, all that you would need to do is …

be confident

and get engrossed more in your work … your creation… not on the cigarette.

“Smoking is injurious to Health” - this is something that the whole world knows, and never follows. I wonder at times don’t we get anything decent to take in other than smoke? Thanks for this wonderful blog. It means a lot , and goes a long way to aware others. Every little bit counts.

Most people find it hard to give up smoking..however it is only a decision away..
Before deciding upon it, one should smoke as much as he wants… and one fine morning, he should stop it and stop it completely.
Believe me that’s the best way to do it.

So just think of that $1825. What are the things that we had missed worth that amount in our lives?

I believe there are plenty of such invaluable moments.. that I could have enjoyed with my near-n-dear ones at a cool sea-side holiday resort, a gala evening with our friends at a pub, a quiet candle-lit-dinner with my girlfriend, a small get-together with my relatives back-home..& probably many more..

Did we actually achieve anything great at the cost of these timeless memories!

I hope, its high time we count..
