What sort of insurance will I need for an online business? The business will involve working from home (online), having a custom product made in China and selling it to the customer in Australia.

I would caution you to check with your insurance agent if there are any territory limitations in a general liability policy.

Well probably it is not required to have any. But there are certain possibilities.
Such as:
General Liability: in case you get sued
Property: in case of fire or theft
E commerce: For internet fraud/wire fraud
