You need a commercial general liability policy ("CGL"). You can pay for one day or you can pay for one year, the cost will be about the same. Contact a local property & casualty broker. Expect to pay about $450.

Go straight to an insurance broker. Layout what type of coverage you want and they will give you the quote. Some may have dealt with this type of insurance before and can help with the policy design. There are no cut and dry rates in a specialized policy. These types of policies are custom designed. You will then seek out at least 2 more brokers and do the same. After this you should have a good quote, and the knowledge to determine if you need to seek out more brokers.
