my business insurance was cancelled due to non disclosure of all the incidents that occurred.
I was insured with Regent but due to a telephone call that I received giving me a
special that was what I needed.
I decided to join the new insurance company
but when I had a hijacking they said I disclose
all the details and refuse to pay. And then cancelled my insurance

Have you tried to discuss the issue with your new insurance company. I would suggest you get in touch with them and clear things out. Else, you might have trouble applying for insurance in future.

I agree with ShelbyPerez, you might need to contact your insurance company fist before doing anything else to avoid possible problems in the future with regards to your insurance application.
