I sold my agency in florida 12/01/2019. i had written a policy for my step mother in 12/2018. she cancelled the policy 12/20/2019. i no longer live in florida and i am no longer licensed in florida. i have a new agency with the same company in another state. am i responsible for this or can i be penalized since she surrendered her policy??
