We'd like to open and grow as a communications co. working in an interactive media platform. How important is Professional liability insurance for us? Some people are suggesting that we go for something like an Ad agency liability insurance. Are both these products alike?

Actually, this liability insurance is truly helpful to all businessmen. It really protects your business from different damages caused by both natural and unnatural factors. Ad agency owners would also need liability insurance that meets their specific needs in order to satisfy their clients.

Hey there, please have your liability insurance in place if you have an Ad agency. Make sure you obtain the total worth of agency inventory before you'd apply for such coverage.
This would certainly help the adjusters in the event you file a claim. The claims process would be real quick if a member of your staff maintains this log.

If you're working with bigger clients, you may lower the deductible on your copyright infringement policy. Under circumstances that you face a lawsuit such coverage would reimburse your legal costs.
Your premiums might get raised with a lower deductible, but rest assured it would save your agency from financial damage in the long run.

Get an optional E&O coverage. You could have it along with your liability coverage. This would certainly cover you from any lawsuit arising out of a breach of advertisement contract. You'll get such coverage at cheaper prices.
