There are certain things in a publishers' agreement that one needs to think about. Copyright infringement which is quite common these days is covered under publishers' liability insurance.

Such coverage should also protect against privacy invasion. Publicity rights should also be protected under such coverage.

Publishers liability insurance should cover you for attorney's fees and other expenses related with legal defense. Such costs could be covered till the liability limit of your policy or might even be more than that. _________________ Insuranceguy.ampminsure.org
