Hi. It depends on what state you live in. I live in PA. When my son starts driving ( he is 15 now) and he uses my car OR his dad's.....my son needs to be covered by BOTH of us. For example...if my son drives my car, he needs to be covered under MY policy, and vice versa for his dad. Hope this helps alittle. |
