Yeah, probably Cinergy offers coverage in your state as well. However, I'd say that you should discuss and understand the plan fully before accepting.
A neighbor of mine once complained that she has been cheated by Cinergy, that she asked for a health plan but got a discount policy instead. Let me tell you that the plan offered by Cinergy is a discount plan and not traditional health insurance coverage.
