why do i have to call cinergy every time i need a dr bill to

my dr. and medical staff always have to bill me and cinergy several times before they get paid. arent they reliable and trustworthy? am i wasting my money with them?

Errr....its very hard to say....there may be nothing wrong with the company and its the processing department who are slake in their work. Have you got your claims denied for unsatisfactory reasons?

Joanna, whether or not you are wasting money would depend whether or not you are receiving the services offered by the company.

*Have you called up and asked the customer support why they are delaying with the payments?

*Have you make sure that the bills are reaching to their proper address?

*Since how long this has been happening? May be its time to search for a proper health plan and drop the Cinergy discount membership.
