My insurance is saying that I didnt list my mom as a family member on policy. She doesnt stay with me and I faxed a copy of her liscence to them. I have an only one exclusion my ex husband. Accident was her fault and I had full coverage.

If the claim was denied then they sent you a written denial. What was the reason given for the denial in the letter?

True. You must first know the cause for such a denial. There has to be a valid reason behind. Have you gone through your policy papers yet?

No I ask them to send me everything they claim I signed and no I dont have any exclusion on the papers I have except husband. The denial reason they are saying is my mom is a member of my household so therefore she isnt covered because her name was not on my policy

So you can also provide bills with your mothers name on it, mail and other documentation showing your mothers address is different then your own? Who owns/rents fhe home where you live? Why does the adjuster think you mother lives at your address? Perhaps its because your father does and usually parents live at the same address?
