Posted: Sat May 07, 2011 5:12 am   Post subject: Hello   I live in Missouri and I was involved in a accident. I was pulling out of Taco Bell making a left turn into a 4 lane intersection once I out into the middle turning lane only and half way into the lane I needed to be in a car came out from the business parking across from the Taco bell and hit my car. My doors on my passenger side is craved in and my passenger side front window is broke. My insurance has lapsed three days ago. The driver of the car got out of her car and stated in front of the police that it was her fault. I had proof of insurance but it has lapsed. There was no tickets issued. I was told by a few people that if I do not have insurance then even though it is the other person fault, that the insurance company for the other driver will not pay to fix my car, Is that true?	amanda0616 New member Joined: 07 May 2011 Posts: 1 1.18 Dollars($)
