I would like to get comment on the following cash settlement I'm planning to send to the other party.
About a week ago, I had a minor car accident in the school parking lot and the other vehicle only had a little scratch on the bumper and we decided to settle rather than report to insurance company, please comment on the following letter that I'm planning ask the other party to sign, Any other info I need to add?

_________________ has agreed there were no injuries sustained in this accident. By signing and accepting this settlement, __________________ waives her right to any and all future claims against __________________
