Will Obama's victory bring about any special changes in the health insurance industry? With all the reigning commotion surrounding the already over-hyped plan, will it actually be helpful for the consumers?

Atleast the PPACA will be in effect. Mitt Romney has been planning to replace it altogether.
However, with a deficit budget and such debt, Obama may have to postpone some plans. Say, the expansion plans for Medicaid or the funds for Medicare etc.
