I want to know if anyone have every had a case where they hurt their back after falling off a broken toliet? I know some would said " you sit on a public toliet seat? but after having two knee replacement and back surgery,you have no choice. I always cover the tolilet seat with a paper cover.
After using the bathroom I was getting up and the toliet seat broke off one side from of the toliet. I had a back surgery and a total knee replacement in the last year. I told the manager and he took picture of the broken toliet seat and so did I.
My back was re-injury and I had 8 weeks of PT 3 times a week. My medical bills total 6,589.00. They offer to pay me $1,500.00 and no medical bills Should they also pay medical bills?

If you don't believe the offer is fair, then you can sue the property owner for your damages in small claims court, and see what happens.
