I have a group health policy but only cover me with my wife and son.Suggest me if any policy that cover my parents also.

Only spouses and dependent children are covered by the employer sponsored group plans. So your parents apparently can't get the necessary coverage through your group plan, unless you can prove that they are fully dependent on you. However that is also very rare and depends on the specifics of the existing plan. You need to get a separate policy for them if you want to get them covered. Seek help of a local agent, compare quotes and go along the usual path.
